How much do your cookies cost? Custom orders currently start at $55/dozen and vary depending on the complexity of the designs. Exact pricing will be determined after submitting your request. Coordinating mini cookies can be added to your order and start at $28/dozen. Examples of items that increase pricing are hand painting, metallics, airbrushed designs, and intricate details.

Where are you located? I am now located in Yukon, OK (73099) and am excited to bake for the Oklahoma City area! Dulcis Cookies is a home based bakery and does not have a store front location.

Do you have a minimum order requirement? There is currently a 1 dozen minimum for regular sized cookies or a 3 dozen minimum requirement for mini cookies by themselves. Mini cookies can always be added to an order of regular sized cookies!

What are my options for pick up or delivery? Pick up from my home is preferred (exact address will be given once the order is booked) or delivery can be arranged for an additional fee which varies depending on the location.

Do you ship orders? I am not currently able to ship orders. But you are welcome to ship them yourself – just let me know if you need further information!

How much notice do you need? Typically 3-4 weeks notice is ideal, but availability is limited. I occasionally have a cancellation or can accommodate a last minute order, but the more notice the better!

Do you require a deposit? A $40 non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your custom cookie order. This goes towards your order and is due within 48 hours to secure your date. Payment in full is due 1 week before your pick up date.

What forms of payment are accepted? Cash, card, Venmo, and PayPal are accepted. Checks can be accepted from companies/schools/churches. No personal checks please.

What flavors do you offer? My signature recipe is a classic vanilla sugar cookie with vanilla royal icing. Various flavored cookies are available upon request for an additional fee (chocolate, strawberry, lemon, almond, confetti, chocolate chip, cookies & cream, spiced brown sugar, gingerbread, etc) and are sometimes available for holiday specials too.

Do you offer any allergen free cookies? I am not currently able to accommodate any special requests like gluten, dairy, or sugar free cookies. My recipes do not contain nuts, but as a home bakery, I do not work in a completely nut free kitchen. Please let me know if you have any questions about ingredients and I’ll be happy to help!

How are the cookies packaged? All cookies are individually packaged in heat sealed bags to ensure freshness. Cookies are at maximum freshness for up to 2 weeks. I’m happy to give directions for freezing/defrosting cookies if needed! Ribbons can be added to cookie favors for an additional $5/dozen. Cookies on a stick are also an option for an additional $6/dozen. Gift packaging options may be available upon request.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy? Please give at least 2 weeks notice for rescheduling your order. I will do my best to accommodate the date needed but it cannot be guaranteed. The retainer may be applied towards a future order in cases of an emergency cancellation.

What if Dulcis Cookies has to cancel an order? I will do everything in my power to accommodate your order, but in the unlikely event that I have to cancel, I retain the right to do so at any time. In this event, full payment will be refunded (including the retainer) and I will offer to help you find another local baker to make the cookies.
